Dr. Arjana Fullani is a prominent lawyer in Albania bringing to the partnership over 25 years of extensive experience of the legal profession. Prior to co-founding AA+ Partners, Dr. Fullani was a Justice in the Supreme Court of Albania, legal advisor at the Cassation Court, a judge at the Appeal Court and the District Court of Tirana.  In addition to the wealth of court experience, she also for many years provided legal services to multinational companies some of which are Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Fullani was the founding director of the School of Magistrates and for many years has been a prominent lecturer and trained judges on a variety of legal areas.

Av. Fullani holds an LL.M. and a Ph.D. from the University of Tirana’s Law Faculty. Her special areas of expertise are civil, administrative, family, employment law and ADR. Given her in-depth knowledge of the legal system she was unsurprisingly contracted by many international organizations over the years to lend her expertise and support to the drafting of primary and secondary laws.

Dr. Fullani is a member of the Council of Europe’s Consultative Council of European Judges, a founder and a Board member of the Albanian Commercial Mediation and Arbitration Centre (MEDART), a member of the Medical Ethics Commission, founder and Director of Women Advocacy Center and member of Judicial Reform Commission, founder and member of Women Judges Association, and member of International Organization of Women Judges. Throughout the years, some of Dr. Fullani’s professional memberships include the Albanian Helsinki Committee, the Board of Albanian Foundation for Civil Society, and Chairperson of Budget Commission at the National Judicial Conference.

Dr. Fullani has been bestowed with the prestigious award in Albania, the “Medal of Recognition” awarded by the President of the Republic of Albania for her contributions to the legal profession and judicial system.
