Shehi co-founded AA+ Partners bringing decade’s long and diverse work experience as first a lead in-house lawyer for two telecommunications operators in Albania and more recently years of experience as a Senior Partner at the Albanian law firm Kalo & Associates. Over the years, Av. Shehi has managed high profile legal projects primarily focusing on Banking & Finance, Project Financing, Tax & Bankruptcy law.  She was the go-to lawyer for trustworthy and creative legal solutions. Clients of Av. Shehi ranged from Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Companies, local businesses and many International Development Agencies and Organizations (including EBRD, IFC, BSTDB, etc.).
